No matter your sport, the total-body boxing workout offers a wide range of skills and drills to complement any athlete. We offer tailored boxing sessions that foster communication, trust, and camaraderie among team members under the guidance of an experienced coach. Mindfulness and confidence-building exercises are integrated into our training sessions to support overall mental well-being.

Our professional trainers are passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where your team can thrive. Each session is customized to meet your specific goals, whether it’s cross training, enhancing teamwork, boosting morale, or simply offering a fun and dynamic fitness experience.

Your action-packed 60-minute session will build:

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Flexibility

  • Agility

  • Balance and coordination

  • Mental toughness

We will customize the camps based on your team’s needs and number of sessions.

Schedule & Rates

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
9AM / 10:30AM / 1:30PM/ 3PM

WEEKENDS
Saturdays & Sundays after 3PM

COST
$20 per person for one session
$18 per person for two sessions
$15 per person for three + sessions

*minimum of 15 people per session. If less than 15 people, the cost increase by $5/person.

If you are interested in renting the space after the workout, we offer a special rental fee of $125/hour.
