RULES (policies and junk)

ARRIVAL TIME

10-15 minutes before class allows you to check in, change, wrap hands,and mentally prepare for class.  

CLASS SIGN-UP

Our classes are limited in size so sign up through our SCHEDULE page or by downloading our Q Rules Boxing app in your app store.  Not tech savvy?  No problem - drop us a line (we check our email/FB/Insta regularly) and we can take care of the rest.  We hate turning people away and we'll do our best to fit you in!

CLASS CANCELLATION 

We know stuff happens (traffic, kids, hangovers, etc) so we'll give you a get-out-of-jail-free card, but members who regularly cancel their class enrollments with less than 2 hours to go will have 1 DAY deducted from their membership end date.  Punch Passes and Drop-ins are non-refundable. The 2-Hour Cancellation Policy applies to all group bookings including, but not limited to, any group class and private training session. Special Events are ticketed separately and are non-refundable.

Your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist if you are more than 5 minutes late for class (we'll assume you're not coming).

Not sure how to cancel or having technical issues?  Give us a call, or drop us a line and we can take care of it for you.

Continuously cancelling classes late denies members on the wait list a chance to take your spot and makes it hard for us to pay our bills.  So if you sign up - make it to your damn class!

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY 

Our only Cancellation Policy applies to our Annual membership (it's a great deal at only $140 + tax with a ONE YEAR commitment and lots of perks).  Memberships may be cancelled within 12 months of the membership start date by paying a $140 fee. If you want to cancel, send an email to hello@qrulesboxing. 

No refunds are issued for partial use of memberships. For example, cancelling part way through a membership.

AGE POLICY

Group boxing classes are for ages 16+.  Everybody under 19 years of age need to have a guardian signed the liability waiver for them.

GLOVE RENTALS

If you love the workout, we highly recommend you get your own gloves.  We have a selection of gloves for sale at $80, $115 or $185+ tax.  We offer glove rentals for $4+ tax and they are free to borrow for your two week trial period. Glove rental is included with any unlimited passes but not for punch pass holders.

LOCKERS

We want to keep our space as clean and clutter free as possible (more room to shadowbox!) so stash your belongings in our lockers.  Lockers are for daily use only - sorry - you need to bring those stinky shoes and gloves home with ya! If you want to store your gear in a locker long term you can rent a locker with a lock for $12 per month ($10 for annual members).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

TOWEL SERVICE

We offer towel service free of charge.  Help us keep this service free and remember to return dirty towels in the hamper near the desk in the studio. 

LOST & FOUND POLICY

Left your water bottle behind? Shoes? We'll hold onto your stuff for one month, after which these items will be donated to charity.
