Q. What is your capacity?
Our rental space can accommodate up to 150 people.

Q. What is included in the rental fee?
The space, access to speakers for music, as well as a few chairs & tables.

Q. How many bathrooms do you have on-site?
There are three bathrooms including one accessible bathroom.

Q. Do you have a liquor license?
Yes, through the coffee shop located in our studio space.

Q. What is the minimum time duration required for a booking?
Minimum one-hour rental.

Q. How late can the venue stay open?
Until 2 AM.

Q. Is live music permitted?
Yes, we have a boxing ring that's perfect for that! (Or anywhere else in the space is fine too.)

Q. Can the gym provide tables, chairs, and other furniture and props for my event?
No, but we can certainly provide contacts to rent such items.
