Queensberry Rules Boxing Studio delivers a boxing workout for all levels.

But don't worry – you don't have to step inside the ring to reap the benefits of boxing. You'll have us in your corner to teach you real boxing technique in a fun and non-competitive space.  

Queensberry Rules Boxing Studio takes the fighter's workout to the people. Expect a sweaty session of classic boxing elements mixed with bootcamp elements in high intensity intervals. Activities will include skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bag drills, focus pads, BOSU, TRX, light weights, core drills, and more for a full body workout.

Whether you're a seasoned pro with fights under your belt or just learning how to double jab, boxing is for everyone!
