Join Head Coach Laura, mother of one and certified postpartum fitness instructor, for BABYBOX – a 45 minute mom and baby workout.
BABYBOX is designed for new mothers who are ready to get back to a regular fitness routine in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Expect a low-impact, full body workout that incorporates strength training, core stability, and light cardio boxing to work out some of that ‘new mom’ tension.
And bring that little featherweight too! Our studio is baby-friendly (but bring their favourite toy and blanket to keep them comfortable). Nurse when you need to, pick them up if they’re fussy, and meet other new moms – once you get the thumbs up from your doctor, of course.
